Better to have 'CallManager' auto reject calls from selected numbers. Within application can define multiple lists that can be 'red' or 'green'.
'Red List' Inside simply add numbers that do not want to receive calls
"Green List" just add those numbers you want to receive calls.
You can define different message responses for each individual number in a list after rejecting a call.
