Check out Hitler’s reaction to the new iPhone 5 launch. One important thing to note in the above video is that, Hitler is comparing iPhone 5 to recently announced Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone device and not any Android flagship device!
Ali from MyNokiaBlog.com had a chance to get his hands on a Nokia 808 Pureview and found some interesting facts. First the software version on the prototype is version 112, the browser is version 8.2 and there is a new multitasking view. As many of you already know, the current version of Belle is 111 and the browser is on 7.4. Is this really Carla in disguise? Check out the detailed videos after the break.
Here is a 19 minute review of the currently top Belle handset, the Nokia 701. It’s in Italian so it might just be more useful to our Italian speaking readers. Nevertheless, it’s still worth a watch to see performance of the 701.
It seems the YouTube audience still can’t get enough of Angry Birds and have pushed yet another video on the most viewed list.
This one stars another popular youtuber, the annoying orange. He has also starred in Nokia’s chatterbox campaign.
Just like in the last Angry Birds video with Lassi Hurskainen, you don’t actually see any angry birds. You see the pigs though which everyone is aiming at. Instead of birds, you have angry (or annoying) fruit.
I got my N9 on Friday and below I have included the unboxing of my device, as well as the first review. I’ve recorded all reviews for now, just waiting until they are uploaded. (Bad side of HD recording is long upload times)
I apologise for sounding like a tool, I was just too overwhelmed with excitement. I also apologise for the crappy video quality. My N8 wasn’t doing its best work. (It wouldn’t auto-focus, and several times the filming just stopped. You may notice it when some clips cut to another)

What you are watching is another unboxing of the gorgeous Nokia N9. But this one is with a twist. It’s quite extravagantly done by being recorded with ANOTHER Nokia N9. You can see, it performs the job of macro/close up recording well enough so that if you get the N9, you can use it for future unboxing videos .

On this video, CalvinPixels showcased a big comparison of new smartphones of Nokia running on Symbian Belle which he compared against each other plus with E7 and N8. Notable highlight of the video is the loud speaker test on the last part N8 vs 600 and the brightness test of E7 vs N8 vs 701 at the middle.

It shows UNC Goalkeeper (and Finn!) Lassi Hurskainen and Dan Jackson competing in a match of real life Angry Birds – possibly the most popular thing to come out of Finland after Nokia.
I found this on vimeo yesterday. I haven’t seen it before, and the video is rather blurry but I like the content. The video is by Dmitry Nikolenko who has plenty of other videos showing a lot of his digital graphics work. This may just be a fan video, but I could really see it as something promoting the N9, especially between the 1-2 minute mark.

I’ve got through a few of the tips so far, but there’s still some more that will be published later.
One of the major things I missed yesterday was Ovi Store being updated on Symbian^3 handsets to become Nokia Store with the new Belle style UI. I was aware some Belle users had it, but was not quite sure of the reports that Anna users were getting it too. Comments here suggested though that this was indeed the case. Lo and behold, opening up Ovi Store got me my first taste of Belle. And it’s quite yummy.
This is the official update that you will be prompted to accept when opening the Ovi Store app. It will update and the next install will just be the new, blue, Nokia Store, complete with a very appealing new Belle UI.
Firstly, these adverts are pretty good looking. Using the phone and the UI to show off, not glitsy artsy-fartsy nonsense crap. I guess you have to being it’s a MS video about WP only, but still. Overlay a narration and that would make a decent TV ad. Much better than a lot of what Nokia’s done lately.
