Some users have reported that there is a maps update available that you can find via Software update on Phone via OTA and Nokia suite. DO NOT INSTALL IT! This update will kill map apps (both maps and drive do not work). Courtesy: Luis Alberto Palma & Gautam Thoidingjam

install the beta version 3.08 from nokia beta labs and after that, update maps via sw update, it will be fine.
