Next Number is a unique puzzler that puts your cold, hard logic skills to the test. The rules are simple yet challenging. You play blue, and the AI plays red. Each turn, you're given a number between 1 and 9 to place on an unoccupied square of a grid. If you place your number next to the AI's number or numbers that are lower than yours, you take that square or squares. If you place a number next to your own squares, all the adjacent numbers go up by one point. Of course, your opponent is trying to convert your squares to red while bolstering the points of its own squares. When all the squares are filled, the game ends with the win going to the player with the most squares.
